Sr. Implementation Engineer
The Senior Implementation Engineer role is key in delivering Clearwave’s scheduling solution to our clients. The position requires an experienced software engineer with technical knowledge and experience that can assist personnel in writing maintainable and test-driven code.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage large customer implementations from transacted stage through transition to Support.
- Interact with customers and define their current registration and eligibility verification processes.
- Map customer’s current business processes to the Clearwave solution.
- Define, develop, and document business requirements to ensure customer needs are captured and delivered on.
- Build productive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain project deliverables and documentation that can be recreated and leveraged as intellectual capital.
- Mentor and train new team members
- Lead new team initiates and drive process improvements
- Assist with internal company initiatives.
- 7+ years of consultative professional experience (Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Management Consulting, Finance, etc.)
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role, with proficiency in web API’s preferred. Proficiency with various programming languages (e.g. Java, C#, Python, Ruby) would be a plus as well as web technologies and frameworks (XML, HTML, CSS, SQL JSON)
- Established knowledge of Git andor source control solution
- Customer-oriented approach to solving problems and providing hands on support
- Demonstrate ability to analyze, design, and build complex processes
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, and initiative
- Experience with large customers and delivering complex installs
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
